Care is available to persons of all ages. Services are available 24 hours a day throughout our tri-state service area.

VNA Home Care Team offers the following services:

Nursing
Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses perform skilled nursing services as directed by the patient's physician.

Rehabilitation Therapy
Physical, occupational and speech therapists help patients regain independence and the ability to perform tasks essential to daily living.

Personal Care Assistance
Certified home care aides assist with bathing and personal care.

Medical Social Services
Medical social workers help patients with social, emotional and financial factors affecting their health.

Dietary Service
A registered dietitian provides professional assessment and teaching to promote optimal healing.

Extended Care
Extended care services are available for patients who require a nurse or home care aide in the home from three hours up to 24 hours around-the-clock.

Hospice Services
Professional staff and volunteers with specialized knowledge provide care and support services to terminally ill patients and their families.
