The Charlier Hospice Center provides a multi-disciplinary team of experts who are specially trained in caring for terminally ill patients. Professional staff members are on-site to provide care to patients 24 hours a day.
Hospice Team members are experts in pain and symptom control. They provide supportive counseling that strives to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their loved ones.
VNA Hospice Team members work closely with patients and families to involve them in decisions related to their care. Support and professional guidance is given to assist with coping strategies related to serious illness, separation and death.
