Volunteers are a Vital Part of this Special Care

Volunteers in the VNA hospice program may visit with the patient, providing companionship and respite for the family, help with errands, and other activities as needed.

A wide variety of volunteer opportunities are available in the John & Betty Charlier Hospice Center. Additionally, volunteers may choose to support the hospice program by assisting with clerical functions in the VNA office.

All hospice volunteers participate in an orientation led by Hospice Team members before they receive their assignment.

For additional information about becoming a hospice volunteer, please contact the Hospice Volunteer Coordinator at (800) 326-4862 or by clicking here.
